Delivery zones
We currently deliver our products to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. If you would like to place an order from another country or region outside these areas, please contact us at info@miel-de-manuka.ch to discuss future delivery options.
Delivery times
We work with various carriers to ensure fast, reliable delivery. Here are the estimated delivery times depending on your location:
- Switzerland: Deliveries are made by Swiss Post and take 2 to 4 working days from the time the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Please note that these times are indicative and may vary according to periods of high demand (e.g. holiday periods) or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery charges
Delivery costs are calculated automatically when the order is placed, according to the destination, the total amount of the purchase, and the weight of the package.
- Switzerland: Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and size of the order.
You will be able to consult the exact costs at the time of validation of your order, before confirming the purchase.
Taxes
The prices shown include Swiss VAT. No additional fees will be charged at the time of delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to track the delivery of your package viaSwiss Post. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at info@miel-de-manuka.ch.
Delivery address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided with your order is complete and correct. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete information. If you notice an error after validating your order, please contact us immediately at info@miel-de-manuka.ch to rectify the information.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or if you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@miel-de-manuka.ch with your order number and a description of the problem. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly, either by replacing the item or refunding the order.

Late delivery
If your order is significantly delayed, we will inform you as soon as we are aware of the delay. Although we do our best to respect the delivery times indicated, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external events or delays linked to the carrier.
