Honey energy balls

⏱ Preparation time: 5-10 minutes

⏱ Rest time: 30-40 minutes

Servings : Approximately 16 to 18 scoops

Ingredients 🍯

1 cup of oatmeal

1/3 cup UMF Manuka honey +10

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup of dark chocolate pieces

1 tablespoon grated coconut

1 tablespoon chia seeds or seeds of your choice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

 Method

  1. Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Then place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them together. You should have a doughy consistency (that can be shaped into balls and still retain its shape).
  3. Put the bowl in the fridge for about 30-40 minutes, then roll them into balls the size of a small piece.
  4. Store the balls in a container in the refrigerator. Perfect for an energy boost and a quick snack!

Conservation

Can be stored in the refrigerator or frozen.
